Every Roach Resistance piece is made specifically for you.

Because our products are made to order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Colour expectations caused by screen differences

• Accidental orders

Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging

• An unboxing video (recommended)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
